Privacy policy

What the app stores

GroomStamp stores the business, pet, owner, service, pricing, note, photo, and signature information you choose to enter. In version 1.0, those records remain in the app’s private container on your Apple device and may be included in Apple device backups according to your settings.

What we collect

GroomStamp version 1.0 does not use an advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or developer-operated account system. We do not receive the grooming records you create.

Website and launch list

If you join the launch list, we store the email address you submit so we can send the App Store link and useful product updates. The website also stores aggregate counts for page views, pricing views, calculator use, button clicks, and successful signups, grouped by day and campaign source. These counters do not store IP addresses, cookies, advertising identifiers, full referrer URLs, or device fingerprints.

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes network requests for delivery, reliability, and security under its own privacy practices. We do not sell launch-list information or use it for cross-site advertising.

Camera and photo library

Camera and photo-library access is used only when you choose to add a check-in or finished-condition photo. GroomStamp does not scan your library in the background.

Purchases

Apple processes subscriptions and purchase restoration. Apple may provide transaction and entitlement information needed to unlock Pro, subject to Apple’s privacy policy.

Your controls

You can delete individual groom records in the app. Deleting the app removes its local data from the device, subject to any backups you control.

You can unsubscribe from launch emails or request deletion of your launch-list email at any time by contacting us.
